Lissandra Dal Lago is currently Medical Oncologist and Associate Head of Clinic, Medical Oncology Department at Institut Jules Bordet, Brussels, Belgium. After graduating from Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), Brazil, she completed a fellowship at Institut Jules Bordet. Dr Dal Lago was a Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UFSM before she was appointed as an EORTC Breast Cancer Group Clinical Research Physician, and she assumed her current position in 2011. Dr Dal Lago is responsible for the geriatric oncology unit at Institut Jules Bordet and her primary interest is breast cancer in elderly patients. She is currently active in clinical trials for elderly cancer patients. |
